Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure (or eligible) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFY) are also encouraged
- Experience with pediatric and/or school-aged populations preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Able to work independently and within interdisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions aimed at student goals
- Monitor, document, and report student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
- Foster parent and caregiver engagement in the therapy process
