Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language disorders, developing and implementing individualized therapy plans, and providing direct therapy focused on clearly defined goals. You will carefully track and document student progress, collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, and actively involve families in the therapeutic process to promote the best outcomes for each student.
Successful candidates will demonstrate:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current or pending state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations is desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- An aptitude for both autonomous work and teamwork within school settings
- Active state board approval for licensure required
