Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough evaluations for students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment outcomes
- Conduct engaging therapy sessions to address speech and language objectives
- Routinely track and accurately document each student's progress
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care for each student
- Actively involve and educate families throughout the therapy process to enhance outcomes
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current, valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology in California
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience working with pediatric or school-aged children highly valued
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities essential
- Demonstrated capacity to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment
- Ability to build rapport with students, families, and staff
