Qualifications:

• Master’s degree from an accredited program in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in California
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Prior experience in a school setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with students’ IEP goals
• Provide direct therapy services to students, utilizing evidence-based techniques
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support students’ progress
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with state and district guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decision-making
• Offer consultative support and resources to educators and staff as needed
