Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current SLP licensure in California
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Experience in an educational setting, particularly working with diverse student populations
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational teams

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Maintain documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state requirements
  • Provide therapy through both individual and group sessions
  • Engage with parents and caregivers to provide resources and recommendations for home support
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team planning
