Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathology license, with Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
  • Prior experience working in school environments strongly preferred
  • Experience with case management and providing direct therapy services to students
  • Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families
  • Dependable, organized, and adaptable to changing school dynamics

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver in-person speech-language therapy sessions to students according to IEP goals
  • Manage a caseload that includes evaluations, therapy, and documentation
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and parents to support student achievement
  • Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state regulations
  • Take on full case management responsibilities, including participation in IEP meetings and progress reporting
