Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP licensure in California and active ASHA CCC
- Experience delivering school-based services and managing a diverse caseload
- Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to providing reliable, consistent support to students and teams
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct, in-person speech and language therapy
- Maintain thorough documentation and case management for all assigned students
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, families, and administration to ensure student progress
- Replace and uphold continuity following a previous SLP to ensure seamless services
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive school climate
