Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current SLP licensure in California and active ASHA CCC
  • Experience delivering school-based services and managing a diverse caseload
  • Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
  • Commitment to providing reliable, consistent support to students and teams

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide direct, in-person speech and language therapy
  • Maintain thorough documentation and case management for all assigned students
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, families, and administration to ensure student progress
  • Replace and uphold continuity following a previous SLP to ensure seamless services
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive school climate
