Key Qualifications:
- Hold a valid Speech-Language Pathologist license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience delivering services in school settings strongly preferred
- Expertise in assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders
- Strong ability to create individualized education programs (IEPs) and document student progress
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Passionate about fostering a supportive and inclusive learning atmosphere for all students
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy and interventions to students with diverse speech and language needs
- Conduct formal and informal assessments to determine students’ strengths and areas for improvement
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans and contribute to IEP meetings with recommendations
- Collaborate with other educators, staff, and families to ensure holistic support
- Collect data, manage case files, and monitor progress toward individual goals
- Educate and empower teachers and families regarding speech and language strategies
