Key Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Speech-Language Pathologist license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Experience delivering services in school settings strongly preferred
• Expertise in assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders
• Strong ability to create individualized education programs (IEPs) and document student progress
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Passionate about fostering a supportive and inclusive learning atmosphere for all students

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy and interventions to students with diverse speech and language needs
• Conduct formal and informal assessments to determine students’ strengths and areas for improvement
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans and contribute to IEP meetings with recommendations
• Collaborate with other educators, staff, and families to ensure holistic support
• Collect data, manage case files, and monitor progress toward individual goals
• Educate and empower teachers and families regarding speech and language strategies
