Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication capabilities to engage with students, educators, and families.
  • Ability to manage caseloads across a range of developmental levels.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for children in early intervention through middle school.
  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy services in both individual and group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student needs and implement best practices.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district, state, and federal guidelines.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals.
