Desired Skills & Experience:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP - CCC) is essential.
- Previous experience with early intervention and/or school-based settings is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication capabilities to engage with students, educators, and families.
- Ability to manage caseloads across a range of developmental levels.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for children in early intervention through middle school.
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services in both individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student needs and implement best practices.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district, state, and federal guidelines.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals.
