Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students presenting with speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s communication goals
• Deliver engaging therapy sessions that foster progress in both speech and language abilities
• Monitor, document, and track student advancement with keen attention to detail
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring integrated and coordinated care for each student
• Involve families meaningfully in the therapy process through regular updates and education

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Active state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations is strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to function both independently and as part of a supportive team
