Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students presenting with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s communication goals
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions that foster progress in both speech and language abilities
- Monitor, document, and track student advancement with keen attention to detail
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring integrated and coordinated care for each student
- Involve families meaningfully in the therapy process through regular updates and education
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Active state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations is strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to function both independently and as part of a supportive team
