Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) in Speech-Language Pathology
  • CCC preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFY) with strong skills will also be considered
  • Prior experience or strong interest in working in school settings
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEPs and educational goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic student support
  • Conduct regular progress monitoring and adapt therapeutic approaches as needed
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation in compliance with district policies
