Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Hold or be eligible for California licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Current SLP-CCC or working toward SLP-CFY status
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative abilities
- Experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
- Enthusiasm for working with a diverse K-12 student population
- Willingness to adapt therapy techniques for individual and group settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other therapists to ensure student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert input and documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Deliver direct therapy services to students in both one-on-one and group environments
