Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Hold or be eligible for California licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Current SLP-CCC or working toward SLP-CFY status
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative abilities
• Experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
• Enthusiasm for working with a diverse K-12 student population
• Willingness to adapt therapy techniques for individual and group settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other therapists to ensure student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert input and documentation
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Deliver direct therapy services to students in both one-on-one and group environments
