As an SLP, you’ll embrace a variety of meaningful responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students experiencing speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments
• Provide engaging therapy sessions addressing a range of speech and language goals
• Track and document student progress with detail and accuracy
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care
• Actively involve families in the therapeutic process and offer education as needed

Qualifications to thrive in this role:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
• Experience working with pediatric or school-based populations a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Capacity to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

To be eligible, candidates must have an active license from the State Board of Speech Language Pathology and a master’s degree or higher in the field.
