Qualifications:

  • Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) candidates welcome
  • Experience in pediatric and/or school-based settings highly desired
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, support staff, and families
  • Understanding of individualized education program (IEP) processes and documentation

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments for students referred for evaluation
  • Develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each student’s needs
  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students with communication disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and parents to support student learning
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment as needed
  • Contribute to IEP meetings and communicate student progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school and state requirements
