Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Sand Springs, OK

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active state Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license, or eligibility for licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), or relevant pediatric experience preferred
• Previous experience in a school or healthcare setting serving children ages 3–1st grade
• Knowledge of current therapeutic techniques and best practices in early childhood intervention
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is a plus
• Strong communication, collaboration and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and therapy plans in coordination with the educational team
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ communication goals
• Maintain thorough and timely progress notes and documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert input
• Provide both in-person and/or teletherapy services as needed
