An exciting opportunity awaits a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young learners. This full-time, contract position is ideal for professionals who are passionate about helping children develop essential communication skills and thrive academically and socially. Serving children from 18 months to 6 years old, you will support a manageable caseload of 40 students across an academic year.

Position Details:

  • Contract duration: August 3, 2026, through June 4, 2027
  • 40 hours per week, following a traditional school schedule
  • Work with young children, focusing on early intervention and foundational speech and language development

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology or eligibility to obtain before start date
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) candidates welcome
  • Experience in a school-based setting preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication skills, flexibility, and a commitment to student progress

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for students from 18 months to 6 years old
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals and monitor progress
  • Maintain accurate student records and contribute to IEP meetings and documentation as required
  • Foster a supportive, engaging environment that encourages growth and participation
