Qualifications & Experience Desired:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Florida SLP license (required)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellows are supported
• Recent experience in school-based SLP roles is a plus
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Commitment to evidence-based therapy and inclusive practice

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students with a variety of needs
• Complete thorough assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Monitor and track student progress, maintaining accurate documentation
• Engage and collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other support staff
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional guidance for student success
• Adapt interventions to support students in both full-time and part-time school settings
