School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Sanford, Florida

This position calls for skilled Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) holding their CCCs and experienced in a school setting. Opportunities include both full-time and part-time assignments for the 2026–2027 academic year, with placements available at the elementary, middle, and high school levels. Supervision for Clinical Fellows (CFs) is eagerly provided, ensuring a supportive environment for those early in their careers. Please note: SLPAs and virtual assignments are not being considered at this time.

Key Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Florida SLP license (CCC-SLP; Clinical Fellows considered with supervision provided)
• Experience or comfort working in K-12 educational settings
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to partner with multidisciplinary education teams
• Commitment to fostering student success and engagement
• Ability to adapt therapy methods to diverse student needs and IEP requirements

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy to students in individual and group settings

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of assessments, therapy sessions, and progress reports
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student development
• Participate in IEP meetings and school-based teams as needed
