Qualifications & Experience Desired:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Florida SLP license (required)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellows are supported
- Recent experience in school-based SLP roles is a plus
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Commitment to evidence-based therapy and inclusive practice
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students with a variety of needs
- Complete thorough assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Monitor and track student progress, maintaining accurate documentation
- Engage and collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other support staff
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional guidance for student success
- Adapt interventions to support students in both full-time and part-time school settings
