Separate public school setting
Approximately 35-student caseload
Elementary School
Full-time
Grades K–5
Approximately 50-student caseload
School district details will be disclosed upon candidate qualification.
Responsibilities
Provide speech and language therapy services
Conduct evaluations and assessments
Develop and implement IEP goals
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain documentation and progress reports
Qualifications
Active North Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist license
Strong communication and collaboration skills
School-based experience preferred
Compensation
$45–55/hour DOE (average ~$50/hour, depending on years of experience)
