Speech Language Pathologist - Sanford, NC

We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)  full-time or part time, school-based position in Sanford, NC. This role offers a supportive school environment, collaborative team structure, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ communication development.

This is a W-2 position with a competitive hourly rate ranging from $50–$62/hour, based on experience, along with full benefits, 401(k) matching, licensure support, and dedicated recruiter guidance throughout your assignment.

In this role, you will:

Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy services
Develop and implement IEP goals
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain documentation and progress monitoring
Support students across a K–12 caseload (based on assignment)

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active North Carolina SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
School-based experience preferred
IEP experience preferred
CCC-SLP preferred
