Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid SLP-CCC certification required
  • Prior experience in schools or with pediatric populations highly valued
  • Strong understanding of elementary-level speech and language issues
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, adaptable to an educational setting

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy for students in pre-K through 5th grades
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to facilitate student success and progress
  • Document therapy sessions and progress notes in compliance with school policies and procedures
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and IEP conferences, contributing your professional insights
