What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy to students with mild to moderate needs, providing individualized and group sessions.
  • Conduct comprehensive speech/language assessments.
  • Develop and implement IEP goals that support communication and academic achievement.
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, administrators, and families to ensure student success.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and progress monitoring in compliance with school and federal guidelines.
  • Participate in IEP meetings, offering expert recommendations for supports and accommodations.
  • Serve as a resource and mentor for your school community.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
  • Valid state licensure for school-based practice.
  • Proficient in working with mild to moderate communication needs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passion for working onsite directly with elementary students.

This position has a consistent daily schedule: 9:00am – 3:10pm. No supervision of SLPAs required, so you can focus on direct student impact.
