Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state SLP licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), or eligibility
- Experience working in a school-based setting preferred
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Spanish language proficiency is highly valued
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students ranging in age and abilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with educators and support staff
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services, both individually and in groups
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and federal guidelines
- Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and professional development activities
- Serve as a collaborative resource, supporting teachers and families in promoting student success
