Speech Language Pathologist in Santa Ana, CA

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state SLP licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), or eligibility
• Experience working in a school-based setting preferred
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Spanish language proficiency is highly valued

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students ranging in age and abilities
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with educators and support staff
• Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services, both individually and in groups
• Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and federal guidelines
• Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and professional development activities
• Serve as a collaborative resource, supporting teachers and families in promoting student success
