We’re seeking dynamic speech-language professionals for full-time contract positions now through the end of the school year, with the potential to extend based on ongoing student needs. You’ll play a crucial role in delivering compensatory speech services, helping schools catch up on essential support for their students.
Ideal candidates will bring expertise in pediatric speech-language services, whether as an SLP (CCC or CFY) or a dedicated SLPA, with experience in both school-based and healthcare environments. If you’re adaptable and passionate about making a difference, this role provides a flexible, collaborative space to grow your skills—and you’ll have the added option of teletherapy as needed.
What we’re looking for:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or completion of relevant SLPA training
- State licensure in California as an SLP or SLPA, or a Clinical Fellow with eligibility
- Experience (or strong interest) in school-based or pediatric settings
- Knowledge of both traditional and compensatory speech services
- Teletherapy experience is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
- Collaborative spirit, able to work with multidisciplinary teams
Primary responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language intervention to students according to IEP goals
- Develop and maintain effective treatment plans and document outcomes
- Deliver compensatory services, including teletherapy when warranted
- Collaborate closely with special education staff, families, and other service providers
- Participate in evaluations, IEP meetings, and progress assessments
