Qualifications & Experience:
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) for SLPs or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) welcomed
- Experience in school settings and/or pediatric populations preferred
- Skilled in teletherapy and traditional in-person therapy
- Licensed California SLP or SLPA (or eligible for state licensure)
- Background in healthcare or school-based practice is a plus
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and compensatory speech-language therapy services to a diverse caseload
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to review student progress and IEP planning
- Maintain detailed and timely treatment records in compliance with school policies
- Utilize both teletherapy and in-person therapy options creatively to meet student needs
- Collaborate with SLPAs, educators, and families to maximize support and educational outcomes
