Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Pediatric Outpatient Clinic

Full time 40 hours per week

We are partnering with a growing pediatric clinic in Santa Barbara, CA, to hire a passionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA). This position offers the opportunity to work alongside a multidisciplinary team dedicated to helping children improve their independence, motor skills, sensory processing, and overall development.

Position Highlights:

Provide therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
Work with a diverse pediatric caseload
Collaborate with families and clinical staff to support individualized treatment goals
Positive, child-centered clinic environment

Requirements:

Active California COTA license
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Pediatric experience is a plus, but not required
