Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting assessments, developing and implementing IEP-driven speech and language therapy services for students
• Providing both direct and consultative therapy based on each student's needs and ESY program requirements
• Documenting progress and maintaining accurate records in accordance with school and legal guidelines
• Effectively collaborating with teachers, support staff, and parents to develop strategies that optimize student learning
• Participating in IEP meetings and contributing expertise to multidisciplinary teams
