Qualifications and Expertise:

  • Current CCC-SLP certification
  • Previous experience as a school-based SLP, preferably providing virtual/teletherapy services
  • Comprehensive knowledge of assessment tools, intervention strategies, and compliance with IEP processes
  • Ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams and engage with families
  • Strong communication, organizational, and technology skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual speech-language assessments and provide ongoing therapy for students with a variety of speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement customized IEP goals and interventions
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, administrators, and other specialists to monitor progress and adapt strategies
  • Maintain thorough and compliant documentation for all services provided
  • Engage families to facilitate understanding and carryover of therapeutic strategies at home
