Speech Language Pathologist in Santa Clara, CA

Key Skills and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state licensure for school-based practice
• School-based SLP experience highly desired
• Strong skills in conducting virtual therapy sessions (VOCO platform or similar)
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Comfortable using technology to track progress and document services

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide engaging speech and language therapy to students virtually
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement IEPs
• Evaluate students’ needs and create individualized therapy plans
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of student progress and attendance
• Participate in virtual meetings and IEP team discussions as needed
• Use creative strategies to foster student growth and confidence
