Key Skills and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure for school-based practice
- School-based SLP experience highly desired
- Strong skills in conducting virtual therapy sessions (VOCO platform or similar)
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Comfortable using technology to track progress and document services
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide engaging speech and language therapy to students virtually
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement IEPs
- Evaluate students’ needs and create individualized therapy plans
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of student progress and attendance
- Participate in virtual meetings and IEP team discussions as needed
- Use creative strategies to foster student growth and confidence
