Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active California SLP license in good standing
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required
• Previous experience working in schools or with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Familiarity with IEP process and documentation

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students with a variety of communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
• Deliver direct therapy services to students in individual or group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
• Monitor and document student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team consultations
• Provide guidance and resources to school staff and families regarding speech and language disorders
• Maintain all required records with accuracy and confidentiality
