This on-site role is perfect for Speech-Language Pathologists, including those holding a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and Clinical Fellowship candidates (CFY), who are passionate about helping young learners develop essential communication skills.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active CA SLP license or eligibility for licensure
  • CCC-SLP or open to Clinical Fellowship Year candidates
  • Experience or strong interest in working with preschool and elementary students
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to providing therapy services in an on-site educational setting

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy for preschool and elementary-aged students
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and document findings
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Maintain accurate records and comply with all district, state, and federal regulations
  • Engage actively with families to facilitate carryover of therapy goals in the home environment
