Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Hold or be eligible for California licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Accepting Clinical Fellows (CFY); support and supervision available for CFs
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but not required
• Demonstrated ability to work with children at the elementary and preschool levels
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
• Previous school-based experience is a plus

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct, on-site speech and language therapy to students on your assigned caseload (no virtual/remote services)
• Conduct assessments, reevaluations, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student learning and progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation compliant with district and state guidelines
• Provide ongoing consultation and resources to teachers and families to promote carryover of skills
• Advocate for students and actively participate in IEP meetings
