What You’ll Bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active CA SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- CCC-SLP or open to Clinical Fellowship Year candidates
- Experience or strong interest in working with preschool and elementary students
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to providing therapy services in an on-site educational setting
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy for preschool and elementary-aged students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and document findings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain accurate records and comply with all district, state, and federal regulations
- Engage actively with families to facilitate carryover of therapy goals in the home environment
