Make an impact supporting students’ communication development in a dynamic and collaborative school setting. A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist is needed for a contract opportunity beginning August 10, 2026 and continuing through June 3, 2027. This position offers the chance to work across two campuses and serve a diverse caseload of up to 55 students ranging from TK to 5th grade.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required
  • California SLP license or eligibility
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Experience in a school-based setting is strongly recommended
  • Proficiency in assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring
  • Ability to adapt communication and therapy strategies for a variety of elementary student needs
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative speech and language services to students in both designated schools
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams
  • Monitor student progress and maintain thorough, timely documentation
  • Provide support and guidance to families and educational staff
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development as appropriate
