Available Roles:

• Three full-time Speech/Language Pathologists (40 hours per week), November through the end of the school year.
• One part-time Speech/Language Pathologist (8 hours per week), with hours that may be distributed across the month as needed, starting immediately and continuing through December.

Ideal Background:

• Current Speech-Language Pathologist License, with Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
• School-based experience preferred, especially in middle school settings
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive environment for students of diverse backgrounds

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech/language assessments and develop individualized educational plans (IEPs)
• Deliver targeted interventions in both one-on-one and group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student outcomes
• Engage in ongoing professional growth and comply with best practices in therapy
