Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Santa Clara, CA

Several positions are available, ranging from full-time roles through the academic year to a flexible short-term assignment. Collaborate with educators and families to help students reach communication milestones in a supportive setting.

Openings include:

• Full-time SLP position from November 6, 2026, through the end of the school year
• Full-time SLP position from November 12, 2026, through the end of the school year
• Full-time SLP position starting in November (start date to be confirmed), running through the end of the school year
• SLP role, three days per week, with an immediate one-month assignment

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) required
• Prior experience in a school setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments of students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver direct therapy services in both individual and group settings
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain up-to-date and compliant documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary team’s efforts
