Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Prior experience working with school-aged children, including a variety of speech and language disorders
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills to engage with students, staff, and families
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students K-12
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Provide direct therapy services and support to students with communication needs
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families regarding student progress and strategies for success
• Maintain accurate, compliant documentation and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and team planning sessions

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly rate ranges from $55 to $70, commensurate with experience
