Successful candidates will demonstrate:

  • Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current and valid licensure to practice as an SLP in California
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFY candidates considered
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric SLP roles
  • Strong knowledge of assessment tools and intervention strategies for K-12 students
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Ability to organize a diverse caseload and maintain compliance with deadlines

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting speech, language, and communication screenings and comprehensive evaluations
  • Developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Delivering evidence-based therapy sessions both individually and in small groups
  • Collaborating with educators, families, and other support staff to maximize student success
  • Maintaining thorough and timely records in accordance with district or state requirements
  • Participating in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary teams, and ongoing professional development

This contract assignment offers a competitive pay range between $55 and $70 per hour, honoring your clinical expertise and dedication.
