Step into a rewarding role supporting students as a Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026/2027 school year. This full-time contract opportunity (8:00–4:30) lets you work with both elementary and high school students, offering a diverse and dynamic caseload of 45–50 students. Your expertise will make a meaningful difference in a vibrant educational environment located near the scenic Santa Cruz area.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Current or pending CA SLP licensure
  • ASHA CCC or eligible CFY status
  • Experience in school-based settings preferred, but strong clinical backgrounds will be considered
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to fostering student growth through evidence-based practices

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language therapy to students with a range of communication needs
  • Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and monitor progress
  • Consult with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Deliver both group and individual therapy sessions for students across elementary and high school ages
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate caseload documentation
  • Contribute to school-wide efforts supporting students’ social and academic achievement
