Step into a meaningful role as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. This full-time contract opportunity will have you working with a diverse group of elementary and high school students, providing support that truly makes a difference in their academic and personal growth. With a manageable caseload of 45-50 students, you’ll have the chance to form real connections, ensuring every child receives individualized attention.

Your expertise as a certified SLP-CCC or those working toward their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) will be valued as you collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to foster a supportive learning environment. The hours are consistent, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, offering a stable routine throughout the school week.

Qualifications:

  • Valid California license or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Credentials as an SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY
  • Previous experience in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Passion for helping students overcome communication barriers

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services
  • Maintain thorough, accurate documentation and progress notes
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Monitor and adjust therapy goals based on student progress
