Make a difference in students’ lives by providing essential occupational therapy services to a diverse population across multiple school sites. This full-time contract position begins in August and is ideal for an experienced occupational therapist who is passionate about supporting TK-8th grade students in developing their fine and gross motor skills. With a manageable 55-student caseload spread across 2-3 school sites, this role allows you to truly connect with and impact your students.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid Occupational Therapist license required
  • Previous OT experience in school, home health, or healthcare settings highly valued
  • Familiarity with fine and gross motor skill development in children
  • COTA and school-based OT experience preferred
  • Strong report writing abilities and organizational skills
  • Comfortable collaborating across multiple schools
  • Must submit two professional letters of recommendation and a sample report (with student names removed) as part of the application

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services to TK-8th grade students in an educational setting
  • Assess and address fine and gross motor challenges to maximize student participation in school activities
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
  • Document and report on student performance and goals in compliance with school requirements
  • Adapt therapy approaches to meet the unique needs of students across 2-3 locations
