Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active or in-process California SLP licensure
- Eligibility for CCC-SLP or in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Previous pediatric or school-based SLP experience preferred
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational abilities
- Commitment to fostering growth and communication skills in young children
Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based assessments and interventions to elementary and preschool students on site
- Develop, implement, and update individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation according to school and state requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ academic and social success
- Participate in IEP meetings and student progress discussions
- Foster a positive, welcoming environment for students of all backgrounds
