Desired Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathology license (SLP - CCC) required
• Recent experience working with school-aged populations, preferably in a school-based setting
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech/language therapy to students per individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Conduct initial evaluations and ongoing assessments to monitor student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to develop and implement targeted interventions
• Maintain accurate documentation of services and progress reports within required timelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights for student success
• Adapt therapy approaches and materials based on caseload diversity and professional judgment
