Desired Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license (SLP - CCC) required
- Recent experience working with school-aged populations, preferably in a school-based setting
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills

- Commitment to fostering positive learning experiences for diverse student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech/language therapy to students per individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct initial evaluations and ongoing assessments to monitor student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to develop and implement targeted interventions
- Maintain accurate documentation of services and progress reports within required timelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights for student success
- Adapt therapy approaches and materials based on caseload diversity and professional judgment
