School Speech Language Pathologist - Santa Maria, CA

This contract opportunity offers a balanced schedule across two vibrant school sites, working with a mild to moderate caseload of 55 students. Responsibilities:

• Deliver onsite speech-language therapy for elementary-aged students with mild to moderate needs
• Split schedule: 3 days at one school location, 2 days at another (within close proximity)
• Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational team members to support student success
• Provide direct intervention services and consultative support as needed
• Participate in eligibility and progress meetings, offering clinical insight and recommendations
• Current caseload of 55 students, with potential for continued employment in the 2026-27 school year

Desired Experience/Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current or eligibility for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Will consider Clinical Fellows (CF); a supervisor will be provided to support your professional development
• Experience in school-based settings or working with children preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Effective communicator with strong organizational skills
• Passion for fostering student development and building positive relationships
