Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Santa Maria, CA

Soliant has partnered with an excellent school district near Santa Maria, CA to provide Speech Pathology services for the 2026-2027 School Year. This role is ideal for professionals holding ASHA certification and a valid California SLP license who have experience with a school based caseload

Key Qualifications and Experience:

ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) required
California SLP licensure mandatory
Proven experience with ECATS software system
Previous work with school-age children, particularly Middle School
Ability to manage a caseload of 45-50 students effectively
Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations, therapy, and consultation for students in a school setting
Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to implement effective communication strategies and interventions
Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
Compensation:

Hourly Pay Rate: $60-$65
