Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Florida Department of Health Provisional SLP License required
• Previous experience in a school-based setting highly valued
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Commitment to meeting compliance and credentialing requirements (including timely completion of fingerprinting and application for a JLA badge)
• Ability to adapt to diverse caseloads and different age groups (specifics discussed during interview phase)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students, adhering to established IEP goals
• Conduct thorough assessments, document progress, and participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate daily with teachers, administrators, and families to maximize student outcomes
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely submission of all required documentation
• Serve one school location each day, providing consistent support and intervention
