  • Active Speech-Language Pathology license (California)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
  • Experience or keen interest in pediatric and school-based caseloads
  • Comfortable utilizing teletherapy platforms for remote service delivery
  • Strong collaborative spirit for working with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Solid understanding of IEP processes and documentation requirements

In this position, you will:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Prepare and implement individualized plans (IEPs) tailored to student goals
  • Deliver engaging therapy sessions in person and via teletherapy platforms
  • Maintain thorough documentation and ongoing progress reports
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff to monitor development and provide strategies for support
  • Take part in IEP meetings and contribute valuable insights supporting academic success
