Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Santa Rosa, CA

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid or eligible for California SLP licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants also welcome
• Experience working with pediatric populations in school or healthcare settings
• Proficiency in providing teletherapy services a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Demonstrated commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive practices

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and in-depth assessments to identify students’ speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with educational teams and families
• Deliver evidence-based therapy, both onsite and virtually, targeting a range of speech, language, and communication disorders
• Monitor student progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and support staff to promote optimal student outcomes
• Maintain thorough, compliant documentation and reports
• Participate in staff meetings, in-service trainings, and multidisciplinary team meetings
