What You’ll Need:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license in California
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
- Commitment to individualized, evidence-based therapy
- Ability to start as soon as possible and work onsite 35+ hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students with diverse needs
- Complete assessments, develop treatment plans, and participate in IEP meetings
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of student progress and services
- Collaborate with teaching staff, families, and other related service providers
- Adapt therapy techniques to meet the needs of each individual student
- Offer consultative support for staff, parents, and caregivers as needed
