Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license, with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Previous school-based experience is strongly preferred
- Expertise in providing speech and language evaluations and therapy to students K-12
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to assigned student caseload
- Conduct assessments, write reports, and contribute to IEP meetings as needed
- Develop and implement individualized therapy programs
- Document progress and maintain accurate, timely records in line with compliance requirements
- Support and consult with school staff and parents regarding student needs
