What You’ll Need:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid SLP license in California
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Previous experience in a school setting preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
  • Commitment to individualized, evidence-based therapy
  • Ability to start as soon as possible and work onsite 35+ hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to students with diverse needs
  • Complete assessments, develop treatment plans, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation of student progress and services
  • Collaborate with teaching staff, families, and other related service providers
  • Adapt therapy techniques to meet the needs of each individual student
  • Offer consultative support for staff, parents, and caregivers as needed
