Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Valid state licensure appropriate for school-based practice
- Previous experience with elementary-aged students highly preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop rapport with students, families, and school staff
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct in-person therapy services to elementary students
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress
- Collaborate on IEP teams and contribute to goal-setting for each student
- Maintain accurate records and complete compliance documentation in a timely manner
- Consult with teachers, parents, and staff to support classroom integration and student success
