With two full-time contract positions available for the 2026-2027 academic year, your skills will directly support student growth and communication. As part of a welcoming educational environment, you have the opportunity to take on either a middle school caseload or work across two elementary school sites, tailoring your approach to diverse student needs.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
  • Current state licensure or ability to obtain prior to the start date
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
  • Ability to develop creative solutions to support student progress

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations
  • Create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with speech and language challenges
  • Deliver direct and consultative SLP services within classrooms and individually
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student success
  • Maintain accurate documentation and timely progress reports in compliance with school and district guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert recommendations
