A rewarding opportunity is available for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide contract services supporting students in a school setting. This flexible, part-time role is ideal for professionals seeking to make a positive difference for children and families. The assignment is conveniently scheduled for one day per week, 8 hours each day, and will run through June 2027. Key Qualifications:

  • Current or in-progress California CTC permit (documentation required; candidate is responsible for associated fees)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligible Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Experience in school-based SLP services and/or pediatric care strongly preferred
  • Comfort with teletherapy platforms as part of service delivery
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments for students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child
  • Provide both in-person and teletherapy speech services as appropriate
  • Consult, collaborate, and communicate with educators, staff, and families to maximize student success
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and state requirements
  • Fulfill contract for approximately 180 school days, plus 20 additional days before and after the academic year
