This full-time, in-person contract role offers the chance to guide and empower young learners throughout the 2026-2027 school year, working within a supportive educational environment near Santee, CA.

Your week will be structured around a 37.5-hour schedule devoted to assessment, intervention, and collaboration. If you hold CCC or are a Clinical Fellow ready for your CFY, your expertise will be valued in serving a diverse pediatric caseload.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Hold or be eligible for SLP licensure in California
  • Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or readiness to begin CFY
  • Prior experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based settings
  • Team-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing intervention plans for diverse student needs

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct SLP services and therapy in both individual and group settings to students
  • Create and maintain thorough evaluation and treatment documentation
  • Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
  • Develop individualized plans targeting articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
  • Consult with parents and school staff to support student progress
  • Contribute to goal-setting and progress monitoring
