This full-time, in-person contract role offers the chance to guide and empower young learners throughout the 2026-2027 school year, working within a supportive educational environment near Santee, CA.
Your week will be structured around a 37.5-hour schedule devoted to assessment, intervention, and collaboration. If you hold CCC or are a Clinical Fellow ready for your CFY, your expertise will be valued in serving a diverse pediatric caseload.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Hold or be eligible for SLP licensure in California
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or readiness to begin CFY
- Prior experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based settings
- Team-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in designing and implementing intervention plans for diverse student needs
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct SLP services and therapy in both individual and group settings to students
- Create and maintain thorough evaluation and treatment documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Develop individualized plans targeting articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
- Consult with parents and school staff to support student progress
- Contribute to goal-setting and progress monitoring
