Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid SLP license in California
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to a small elementary school caseload
• Provide services three days per week (.6 FTE), consistent throughout the full school year
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student progress
• Maintain necessary documentation and participate in IEP meetings
