Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid SLP license in California
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to a small elementary school caseload
- Provide services three days per week (.6 FTE), consistent throughout the full school year
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student progress
- Maintain necessary documentation and participate in IEP meetings
