Qualifications & Skills:

  • Hold or be eligible for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY)
  • Previous experience in school or pediatric settings preferred, but new graduates with strong clinical internships considered
  • A commitment to fostering language, speech, and communication growth for diverse student populations
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to partner with educators and families

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students in early childhood and school-aged classrooms
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practice
  • Monitor student progress, maintain accurate records, and adjust therapies as needed
  • Work closely with teachers, specialists, and families to develop strategies for classroom integration and skill generalization
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide thorough, insightful reports
  • Clinical Fellows receive dedicated supervision and support to advance skills and work toward full certification
