Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology licensure (CFY or CCC-SLP highly encouraged)
• Completion of a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to student development and inclusivity
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques for varying needs and age groups

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students in a collaborative summer school environment
• Assess, document, and monitor student progress toward communication goals
• Work closely with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Maintain thorough and timely session records for student interventions
• Participate in meetings as needed and contribute to planning effective speech-language strategies for students
