Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain state licensure
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or active status as a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
• Experience working with school-aged children is highly valued
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Ability to adapt therapy plans to diverse student needs and learning styles

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop, implement, and regularly update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to maximize student progress
• Maintain timely documentation in accordance with school and legal requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development as needed
• Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive environment for all students
