Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Sardis, MS

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or the ability to supervise Clinical Fellows (SLP-CFY)
• Experience in schools or pediatric settings is highly valued
• Strong assessment, therapy, documentation, and collaboration skills
• Compassionate, adaptable, and eager to make a positive difference

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct, in-person speech-language therapy services to students
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate closely with teachers, other specialists, and families to support student progress
• Document treatment plans, evaluations, and progress in compliance with school policies and regulations
• Work with a diverse caseload, adjusting techniques to meet the unique needs of each student
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional expertise to the team
