Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or the ability to supervise Clinical Fellows (SLP-CFY)
- Experience in schools or pediatric settings is highly valued
- Strong assessment, therapy, documentation, and collaboration skills
- Compassionate, adaptable, and eager to make a positive difference
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct, in-person speech-language therapy services to students
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with teachers, other specialists, and families to support student progress
- Document treatment plans, evaluations, and progress in compliance with school policies and regulations
- Work with a diverse caseload, adjusting techniques to meet the unique needs of each student
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional expertise to the team
