Key Qualifications:

  • Active or pending Minnesota SLP license and ASHA CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competency) required
  • Minimum of two years of previous school-based SLP experience
  • Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and basic technology
  • Experience with pediatric or school-age caseloads (PreK–12th grade)
  • Liability insurance required: $500K/$500K annual coverage
  • SLPA and Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants with strong school experience encouraged to apply

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct remote assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language disorders
  • Provide engaging, evidence-based direct therapy via telepractice
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other multidisciplinary team members to support student progress
  • Complete documentation and maintain detailed progress notes in accordance with school and state regulations
  • Attend virtual IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations
  • Monitor and adjust intervention strategies as needed throughout the school year
