Key Qualifications:
- Active or pending Minnesota SLP license and ASHA CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competency) required
- Minimum of two years of previous school-based SLP experience
- Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and basic technology
- Experience with pediatric or school-age caseloads (PreK–12th grade)
- Liability insurance required: $500K/$500K annual coverage
- SLPA and Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants with strong school experience encouraged to apply
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct remote assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language disorders
- Provide engaging, evidence-based direct therapy via telepractice
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other multidisciplinary team members to support student progress
- Complete documentation and maintain detailed progress notes in accordance with school and state regulations
- Attend virtual IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations
- Monitor and adjust intervention strategies as needed throughout the school year
