This full-time position, running from September 2026 through December 2026, is located near Saugerties, NY. You’ll collaborate with education teams to help students reach their communication potential, backed by a supportive environment that includes CF supervision for those in their Clinical Fellowship Year.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid SLP license for the state of New York
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Experience or strong interest in school-based speech therapy for pediatric populations
  • Comfort working with a K-12 caseload, including students with varying speech and language challenges
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess students for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders using standardized tools
  • Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals and therapy plans
  • Deliver direct and indirect therapy services to students in group and individual settings
  • Maintain detailed records and track progress toward IEP goals
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other support staff
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary assessments
  • Provide support and supervision for CFY candidates
