School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Sauk Rapids, Minnesota

Embark on a rewarding opportunity supporting K–12 students as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the upcoming school year. This full-time position runs from late August through the end of May, providing you the chance to make a significant impact in the lives of children and their families. Deliver high-quality speech and language services in a dynamic educational setting near Sauk Rapids, MN, while managing a diverse caseload and collaborating with a supportive team.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Possess or be eligible for Minnesota SLP licensure
• Hold ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or be in Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY)
• Experience providing therapy to school-aged students, particularly K–12
• Strong skills in IEP development and management
• Knowledge of current evidence-based speech and language intervention techniques
• Ability to effectively communicate with students, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy and assessment to a caseload of 60–70 students across grades K–12
• Serve as case manager for up to 30 students, overseeing IEP development, progress monitoring, and compliance
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and administrators to support student success
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and contribute to eligibility determinations
• Prepare and maintain thorough documentation according to school and regulatory standards
• Engage with families, offering strategies and resources for students’ continued growth
